No. Faerd is a one-time purchase. The app is free and there are no recurring fees, ever.
The Lock Charm is expected to ship May 2026. The Time Charm will ship later. You'll receive a tracking notification as soon as your order is on its way.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not happy for any reason, reach out and we'll sort it out.
To permanently delete your Faerd account and all associated data, email [email protected] with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.
Deleting your account will remove your profile, focus session history, and all personal data from our servers. Order records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by UK tax law.
